Share a model, or keep it private

Share a build

  1. On the build page press Copy build link. The address of the build is copied.

  2. Send it. A build page shows its files only to the account that made it; other people see a sign-in card. To show a model to anyone, send them to it on Discover, or send a picture.

To let an AI app download your model, use an install code from Connect your AI instead: a short code and a link such as forge.myrlin.io/get/K7QP3MXD that works for 7 days. See Connect your AI (Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex).

Keep a model private (Creator plan and up)

Every model starts with Private off. Myrlin can then show it on Discover, and with community pricing on, other members can add it for 6 credits (you earn from that on a plan, see Models made by other members (6 credits)).

  1. Open My assets and select the model.

  2. Turn on Private. It reads "Only you can see this model".

  3. The model leaves every gallery and Discover, and nobody can find or buy it. Turn it off again any time.

On a Free account the switch is shown locked with "Private models come with Creator and up" and a link to the plans. If your plan ends, a model that is already private stays private until you turn it off.

What it costs

Sharing a link is free. Private models come with Creator ($7.99 a month), Pro and Max.

If it does not work

  • The person you sent the build link to sees "Sign in"

    Build pages are for their owner. Send the Discover page instead.

  • The switch is locked

    Private needs a Creator plan or higher.

  • The model still shows on a page right after you made it private

    The public pages refresh within a minute or two; reload.
