Request. multipart/form-data with exactly one field, file, holding the ZIP. Needs inputs:write. An optional _inputs.json inside the ZIP declares rights, license, source and attribution, as defaults and per file. The same ZIP uploaded twice returns the same input set.
Returns. inputSetId, created, sha256, bytes, entries, expiresAt and files (path, sha256, bytes, metadata). Pass inputSetId to lint, quote and submit.
